“I really enjoyed exploring the outdoor at the parks, intentionally, and with someone to show us around and sharing her experience and knowledge. Discovering many nice nature places for photoshoot. Wished time could slow down.

The main takeaway lesson for me from the workshop is the reminder to be fully present; to listen with curiosity (which I hardly do probably due to daily routine of going through life’s motions) - to see things with the eyes of my heart.
